Quality control is of utmost importance to our organization. Our goal is to ensure that customer’s quality standards are maintained to its best before releasing the shipment to the buyer.  In order to ensure high level quality standards we have installed a strict internal quality audit procedure which is performed at every level of production.

Our experienced and skilled QA and QC ensure that every garment meets the quality standard and requirements. Our merchandise has to pass through strict quality standards during the following processes/steps.

The first in house quality audit is performed at the raw material stage when the greige fabric and processed fabric is procured.  This is also followed by fabric testing performed by the nominated agencies.

All shipments are quality controlled to meet customer standards. Our in-house quality control process involves checks at the cutting stage followed by measurement and fit checks at the stitching stage. Further quality control/inspection is performed with in line, mid & final, usually ending with the finishing stage with table and dummy checks .The packing and documentation is performed and fulfilled as per the buyer’s requirement .

We are a BSCI certified company. The Business Social Compliance Initiative is the broadest business-driven platform for the improvement of social compliance in the global supply chain.

Our factory has passed several regular audits performed by external agencies such as STR, SGS, ITS etc.

The factory has been evaluated and certified directly by buyers such as Lindex, ITC, JC Penny.
